Shellee nearly lost me the sale of my house. She did not do proper research on the listing. She was unwilling to cooperate with the buyer's realtor. She refused to deliver the keys and the remotes to the closing and insisted that the buyer travel a long distance to her office to pick them up. The buyer ultimately refused and said "no keys, no money." I would never use her again.
