Shellee and Jimmy were very professional, courteous, caring and responsive to all of our needs. This was stressful move for us and they made it easier and was an extremely smooth transition. When we were unable to be at our inspections they were there for us and made sure everything was taken care of. We definitely recommend them and would use them again (even though we are never moving again!) We would give them 10 stars if it was an option!!

Jimmy and Shellee were an outstanding team in the overall process of the sale of our house. They are a hands on team. Took charge of dealing with the unfortunate issue we had with the lease of the solar panels installed just last October 2024. The company is out of the state. Very difficult to get a definite payout answer on the pre payment plan we selected. Thanks to their diligent approach, along with Jill from the Big W law firm, we were able to complete the closing on the date scheduled.

We really enjoyed our experience with Shellee and Jimmy. They listened to everything we were wanting in our house search, they were patient with us and answered all of our questions. We will definitely be recommending them!

Shellee & Jimmy are a Godsend. We had leased solar and the company was hard to deal with to get the payoff and they had one open permit that was not closed. They were relentless trying to get the information from them. You never know when a problem may arise and if it does these are the people you want.
